Google Drive integration

If you already use Google Drive to manage your files, Manage It makes it easy for you to manage your Google Drive files on any device. A few of the things you can do in Manage It include:

  • Attach Google Drive files to tasks.
  • Attach Google Drive files to a project.
  • Attach Google Drive files to a comment.
  • Assign Google Drive tasks to other people in your project.
  • Quickly search for and find your files.
  • Works on Android, iPhone, iPad, Windows Phone, BlackBerry Phone, BlackBerry PlayBook, ChromeBooks, and in your web browser.

If you haven't done so already, create your free Manage It account now.

Adding a Google Drive file to a task

To attach an Google Drive file, click the paper clip icon on a task, then click Google Drive:

Next browse to and choose the file that you would like to attach to the task:

To add an Google Drive file to a project, click the files tab, click "add file or photo", then click Google Drive:

Next browse to and choose the note that you would like to attach to the project:

To view the file, click the paper clip icon and click on the file you would like to view:

To assign a Google Drive file to someone in your project, click the person icon on the task then check the person you would like to assign it to:

Searching for files

To search for a file that is in your project, click on the Files tab, then start typing in the "Find Files" field:
